PROGRAM:
Despite the America Invents Act overhauling the U.S. patent system, more changes are either in the works or have already been implemented that would affect many facets of  the patent system.  Across industries, the big questions are what are the implications of the proposed and implemented changes and how do we adapt? Please join our panelists as they discuss a number of items,  including the very latest developments and expectations regarding the Patent Act of 2015 from experts in Washington, D.C., the PTAB’s quick-fix rule package, and strategies to consider based on these developments.

Panelists and topics include:
Aaron Capron, Partner, Finnegan, Palo Alto - "Quick Fixes to PTAB Rules"
Evan Migdail, Partner, DLA Piper, Washington D.C. - "Latest Developments in Patent Reform"

If you have problems registering for the June dinner and want to make a reservation, please email Casey at caseymj10@hotmail.com.
