PROGRAM:
Launched in 2019, Amazon’s Utility Patent Neutral Evaluation Program (AUPNEP) provides the opportunity for utility patent owners to have infringing products delisted from Amazon’s website. AUPNEP is a relatively inexpensive and quick procedure when compared to district court and ITC proceedings, although it has its own nuances. The panelists will share their experiences with the AUPNEP.
